The Mission: The Healing Heroes Foundation is a non-profit charitable organization dedicated to supporting the mental health of first responders and military members. By bringing together firefighters, law enforcement officers, dispatchers, EMS personnel, and military members, the Foundation aims to foster a sense of community and provide financial support to individuals and mental health organizations serving these populations.

Hula, also known as "Hula Hoop Fruit Loop", is a wiggly love machine who spreads her lab love all over Massachusetts. With a smile from ear to ear and an infectious love for kisses, she brings joy everywhere she goes, especially to the first responders she visits.
Hula and her incredibly dedicated human, Elizabeth, have been representing First Responder Therapy Dogs since 2022, and we are truly honored to have them as part of our organization.

Thank you to the Pearson Family for supporting our event and organization!

Concept Seating was born out of necessity in 1988, when a Wisconsin police officer designed a seat to relieve back pain caused by long hours in a squad car. From that first patented design with its signature gun-belt cutout, the company grew to pioneer ergonomic, heavy-duty seating built for 24/7 use.
Today, Concept Seating chairs—engineered for comfort, durability, and human-centered design—support dispatchers, control room operators, public safety professionals, and industries worldwide.

We are all about the paws and the love they bring to every event, however, this night is to bring awareness to our group, raise money to help us continue to do the work we are doing, and enjoy an evening of fun, food, and dancing. We will be showing beautiful videos of the work we do across the country, and ask that you leave your furry friends at home for the evening. The hotel allows service dogs, but is not pet friendly.
We encourage you to wear formal attire (cocktail or floor length dresses and suits) to celebrate the evening in elegance. First Responders are welcomed to wear Class A uniforms.
We will have a room block for a discounted rate at the hotel where the event is located. Please click the link at the top of this page to book your stay. We have limited rooms, so please book quickly to ensure you can stay at the venue.
The hotel offers free parking for our event, so please come and enjoy! Parking lots are directly across from the conference center, so when you enter the hotel, head to the right and park anywhere in those larger lots.
If you would like to donate an item to be in our silent auction, please email tracy@firstrespondertherapydogs.org.
If you would like to be a corporate sponsor for this event, please see our corporate sponsor section above for the sponsorship options.
We are also using theshareway.com to secure donations and auction items.
